             Where's Michael going on holiday?
He's off to Tampa with the kids.

How do kids at Neverland know when it's bedtime?
When the big hand touches the little hand.

What did the woman on the beach say to Michael?
"Excuse me, but you're in my son"

[ 3:39PM ] [ monkey ] [ donuts & skunkapes ]

The Night of the Donut, many have asked did it really happen? Yes.

The Story: After the premier I was hungry for donuts – the Legend does that to some people and I’m one of them. I went to Ralf’s Donuts – where we filmed – but they were closed. I then went to the Big O Donuts. After waiting in an empty room a kid come out and started taking my Donut order. He was disturbed by my Richard Leaky tie. “Is that a Halloween ties, he asked.” “No it supports a museum in Kenya.” The conversation ended as we arrived at the last donut. It was a apple cinnamon donut and he was very disturbed that I’d taken the last one. “I’m not supposed to do this he said, I’m doing you a favor.” We stared at each other in silence. “this donut is 69 cents the others are 65 cents.” I accepted his generosity and went to the car. I opened the box and on the inside of the lid was a bible message very close to the one in the Legend of Crazy George. I ate the special donut and drove on.
The next morning survivors of the party were sleeping on the floor. Josh and Elizabeth show up and announce that a TV station in Knoxville has been doing Skunkape stories and they have actual photos of he Skunkape. I tell you it’s beast much scarier than I’d anticipated. There will be a link to the Skunkape page soon. Knowing the Skunkape is out there, I’m loosing sleep again.

[ 9:51PM ] [ mccaleb ] [ Cabin Fever ]

My mate Jim sent a copy of Uncut magazine. He highlighted an interview with director Eli Roth, who's horror debut Cabin Fever is out in theatres. When asked about the ideal audience response to his movie, he replied

"My ideal audience reaction would be a room full of fucking, screaming & blood."

Eli is my new favorite director.

What kind of movie did he set out to make? "A no-holds-barred, balls-to-the-wall, ultra-violent, non-pussy horror film."

I'm very pleased with the film "The Legend of Crazy George" and I'm pleased with the reactions it's getting from the audience. They are so fucking freaked out, they don't even know what to say. They sense a fear that they can not articulate.

excellent.

Well the work continues, many miles to go...

Thanks for all the positive feedback & our sincere NOT appologies to those few who were shocked/offended/disgusted by what they saw.

Certainly it was not our goal to imitate the latest Hollywood offerings.

We are continuing on the journey towards distribution & festival showings of the film. If you are interested in purchasing copies of the DVD send email to info at thinkingmonkeythinking with DVD in the subject line.

[ 2:14PM ] [ monkey ] [ Gossip ]

200 people filed into the Drama Center to view the test screening of The Legend of Crazy George. Ree Mitchell flew in with her entourage and her hair looked fabulous. People say she was seen making out with a Country Music singer near the projection table Film pro and Naughty boy Mark Sanders made the journey from Nashville with Ree Mitchell. Mr. Sanders looked dapper and was frequently seen with actress Andrea Collins.

Ms Collins (Plaintiff) was sporting a stunning outfit, which revealed her new stomach tattoo. There were slanderous rumors that Sanders (Defendant) tried to lick Ms Collins (Plaintiff) bellybutton until pro wrestlers (Off duty officers of the law) put him down. I as a witness and upstanding member of my church and community, fully guided by god and the moral convictions of my nation was personally not affected by said bellybutton.

Shane Cunningham arrived with his wife and did the low key Harrison Ford appearance. Paul Sharp and Tom Davidson of the IWF arrived with a mob of wrestlers and wrestling fans. The big treat of the evening was the appearance of the new IWF wrestling camps that served as bodyguards. To counter the heavy weights was Mama Freeman who came to see her daughter the Angel of Death. Quenton Dyer came out of the woods and was totally unrecognizable with his civilian haircut. The Torture King has let his hair grow back as well and he’s down right creepy to look at. Ken Gum made the journey with an entourage of four and was seen tucked in a corner at Crawdaddy’s hiding from journalist. Mackenzie Nellis was seen with a skinny model in the front lobby, proving that the rumors about his manhood after the kitchen scene are false… maybe. Zack Buesmeyer of Whisk-Hutzel records controlled a corner of the bar and was later seen talking to Trudy on the stair case – rumors abound. Sen. Fist made the scene and was not afraid of his whisky drink. Jimmy Kelley showed up with his son who was straight up scared of all the freaks in the lobby. Actor and Clear Channel radio slave Dave Johnson was out of his redneck gear and in a tie and coat. Convicted bank robber and sex dwarf Colin Forsyth was present as well. Also Kim from B&B Entertainment showed up with her “girl friend” in the front lobby – Dee Prince doesn’t know the half of it – rumors abound. Screen writer Barbara Jackson was seen for half the film but left when a pro wrestler tried to sit are her. Cris Vanling was seen for the first time not dressed as a rabbit or in full leather armor, “he’s just not the same guy with out his pink cotton tail”, say girls. Bobby Cowan was also seen with trendy New York pop artist Nick Freeman – gossip abounds. Tech wizard Kevin Lavellett demonstrated to on looks the use of certain film tools like the zoom lens, the boom pole/mike stand and how to wave a rebel flag, use a knife, drink whisky and use a dug out – some tools and props were more popular than others. Seen with Dir. George Furman was folk singer Jen Richardson. As a side note Knoxville residents are reporting Skunkape sightings.

[ 5:10PM ] [ mccaleb ] [ Cast & Crew ]

So it would seem that the gala cast party was enjoyed by all! I received a couple of midnight phone calls from over-excited Tennesseans. (I was in the midst of watching the NZ All Blacks in a train-wreck of a world cup game) Everyone's got their favorite scenes, everyone is complementary, and surprised at how funny the movie is. All of these comments as well as the criticisms are welcome & appreciated.

Feel free to make use of the GUEST page to make your thoughts known to the world wide web's 15,000 odd visitors to the site each week.

I've got pictures of all your luverly faces at the premiere! So doe-eyed & innocent (haven't seen the movie yet.) I hope you all slept peacefully with visions of sugarplums, moonshine & chainsaws!

Don't forget the final showings at the BackDoor Playhouse next weekend: SEE BELOW!
