[ 2:25PM ] [ monkey ] [ No socks for Chrismas, Crazy Geo DVD! ]

ANDI COLLINS (Carleen) dropped me this e-mail. “The movie store I work at was wondering when they can get a copy of LoCG for the store? Do you have any idea when it’ll be ready for the public to purchase? I have friends all around the world (Seriously) that want a copy as well and keep bugging me about the movie. Let me know and how did we do in Argentina?”

FILM FESTIVALS Here is the scoop: This year‘s long film festival circuit is over. We did well traveling the world and making friends and enemies as the situation dictated. A surprising number of appearances were made in Latin American countries with the film subtitled in (Mexican) Spanish. I was very happy to be included in the Buenos Aires Film Fest, which is “Booo-Howdy” the biggest horror fest I’ve ever come across. A perfect ending for Crazy George’s silver screen year, reports Yeesan Loh art photographer. I had a great grand whale of a time trading jokes with the gang at the Macabro Film Fest in Mexico City. After a month of trading shots, Arturo was drafted into Crazy George’s army. It took two tries to get his gray uniform across the boarder, but by God he’s ready to kill now. At Cascadia Con (part of the North American Science FictionConvention) in Seattle no Big Foot was sited, but foot prints and broken trees were recorded, reports Beth Crouch, Seattle’s newest feet on the Street. The Weekend of Fear in Germany gave Crazy George a special showing at their quarterly screening. I’m not sure how the film did as the only words I understood were – “Fucking good Goo Goo Clusters. “ The Fearless Tales Film festival in San Francisco was a great education for me in many ways – the most important of which was spiritual – as there are supernatural creatures that walk the streets of the Mission District which are the same that haunt Crazy George’s Bridge. Fearless Tales will always hold a special place in my heart as being the first to screen the film and having a fine collection of bottle caps in the street (try China town if you’re a bottle cap hunter).

DVD PRODUCTION The internet release of the Legend of Crazy George is scheduled for Early to late mid December just in time to rescue ya’ll from buying socks for Christmas this Horror Holiday Season. We are currently finishing our factory and setting up the web store on this web page. So, when friends ask what they’re getting for Christmas tell them they’re not getting socks and give the redneck crazy eye.
