[ 12:02PM ] [ mccaleb ] [ LACK of UPDATES ]

Does NOT mean that we're not urgently busy behind the scenes. We just had a couple of little 'projects' we had to get out of the way.

Namely: The Dee Prince / B & B Entertainment spectacular EPK for "Ride Out" and "Questions" Coming soon to an MTV near you.

The Freak Factory - The scariest thing in Middle Tennessee by a mile!

and little
Zager Maddux just celebrated his first birthday!

Our sound crew have taken an experimental new jaunt into the land of electonic/punk/fusion. We're anxiously awaiting fresh recordings.

The
Whisk-Hutzel contingent is making plans for an East Coast Fall Tour.

I'm packing all my things except this computer (and that computer,) into a box for safe keeping on its long slow journey
home.

Wonder what Honas Gant would think of all this?

[ 12:20PM ] [ mccaleb ] [ I said I'd update and I'm doin' it! ]

Great start to the Freak Factory! Thanks to everyone who came out to get their freak on last night, and thanks to all the great help we had from the Sigma Chi, the Kappa Alphas, and the Tau Kappa Epsilon. Special thanks to our Grrrrl Guides for making it all come together.

The Monkey found a roll of undeveloped film in his camera bag so I've added
another picture page! George also created the following piece from the Top Hat Bar a.k.a. Crawdaddy's!

Left to Right that's Matt gerbig(Mouseman), Dee Prince (Mad Hatter),
Debbie Rochon (Bonnie), and Adam Brookfield (Tommy)

Yeah, so take that. and on a totally unrelated subject: if you're in the mood for some tasteless humor:
Go Here.

Then get off your ass & get your freak on at the
Freak Factory

[ 4:46PM ] [ mccaleb ] [ THE LEGEND of CRAZY GEORGE ]

So we've finished the production phase of our movie, and officially entered into post-production. We photographed some beautiful footage. We shot monkey-cam that almost made me cry it was so beautiful. We recorded some footage that sent chills down my spine. We witnessed things that we all wished we'd never seen. [ 9:48AM ] [ mccaleb ] [ TK's Four in One FREAK SHOW ]

T.K. came by the Freak Factory to provide me with a list of the various bizzarre acts he will perform each night.

1. something to do with hammers, nails, screwdrivers, and his nasal passages.

2. The Human Pincushion

3. T.K. eats some meal-worms, crickets, and night-crawlers. Survivors got nothing on this guy.

4. The 'infamous' Bed-o-nails/cinderblock break (A real Show-stopper)

In other news, it looks like
Freaky Dave from 98.5 will be getting his freak on at the factory every night!

[ 11:39AM ] [ Marcel DuBois ] [ final words ]

Well, the time has come for me to jet away home, back to another kind of civilization.

The making of a film is a lot like making a mosaic. It's more complex, but the fundamentals are the same. First you must decide what you want the mosaic to be (write the script), then you need to decide what kind of tiles you are going to need, and how many (plan your shot list). After that you must collect your tiles (shoot the thing!) and then all that is left to do is place the tiles, and polish them up. That is where "Crazy George" is at right now. Monkey and McCaleb must edit our tiles together, and hopefully the mosaic will look a lot like the one they set out to build.

Good luck, gentlemen. The tiles are all there.

A final thank you to everyone who has helped me during my time in this beautiful, but confused, land. Chris, Kev, Zack, Ree, Matt, Charles, Marie, Doug, Maddux, Andrea, Michelle (and Elly), all the freaks at the freak factory, Debbie, Paul, TK, Q, Talon,Ashley, Bob, Rod, Eric...the list goes on. But most of all, to George (the monkey himself), Mim, and Mike. Without you three I wouldn't have been here in the first place and I certainly wouldn't have survived it! Y'all have fed my body and soul, and inspired the hell out of me. If you're reading this thinking "I wanna make a movie too!" then let me say this: You can. It's hard work, you need patience, planning, and perspiration, but you can do it.

LOVE, LIGHT AND PEACE,

Marcel. xxxx

P.S. never forget that HELL IS HOT!
